After much thought and nearly ten years dedicated to virtual reality, I’ve begun to feel a sense of disillusionment with the technology. Nevertheless, I’m not abandoning virtual reality; instead, I’ve found myself increasingly enjoying flatscreen gaming from the comfort of my sofa, using handheld consoles to catch up on both classic and new titles I might have overlooked.

With this in mind, I realised it was time to expand my content to include some flatscreen games. However, it didn’t seem appropriate to do so under The VR Realm name. Creating a separate website for handheld gaming would likely result in periods of inactivity for one of the sites. Therefore, I’ve chosen to combine the two and launch the Virtual Grip.
